Four (4) identical villas with total surface indoor area 140 m2 each, arranged in 3 levels. Each villa includes private terraces overlooking the Aegean and access to a private hot tub, sun beds and the garden. These villas do not have access to a pool.

Ground floor:  includes an open-plan living room with a fireplace, a sitting area, a dining area, fully equipped kitchen, a guest washroom and laundry equipment.

1^st floor:  includes 2 bedrooms with a large balcony with a spectacular view, full bathroom and air conditioning. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, wall-to-wall closets and a TV. The second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed and wall-to-wall closets.

Lower ground level: A studio bedroom equipped with a queen-sized bed, closet, a lounge TV area, a bathroom and ceiling fans.

No smoking is allowed indoors. Pets are not allowed (with the exception of guide dogs). The villas are not wheelchair accessible.
